Tried the lobster great on the other hand my beef pho was very plain?

Everything was SO good. I had the seafood pho. EXCELLENT! The appetizers were so good. I loved the spring rolls and the peanut sauce. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Seemed like a good place to have lunch on a Wednesday until I walked in and it was absolutely freezing. The manager explained the heat was broke and waiting to be fixed. Aside from being cold, I was not impressed with the food or restaurant as a whole. The manager was nice and very accommodating and made the experience tolerable apologizing for any inconvenience, but I will not be back based on the food and atmosphere.

Went on a Sunday 1/17 at 6ish there was two servers. Food was ok but service was awful. Our waitress continually forgot to bring us simple requests like napkins or even water. Her mannerisms and behavior were very aggressive. My wife and I will not return for dine in but maybe order take out.

I love this place. Im obsessed. Great Pho and a wonderful broth.

Was here a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and it was very busy. We were greeted and seated very quickly and the food and service were great! The food prices are comparable to the local area and the service was fantastic. No complaints here and will definitely be going back!

Have been to this restaurant numerous times and it’s been absolutely awesome each time. Food is on point, the owner and manager are super friendly and accommodating and the staff is great. Can’t wait to go back again. Times are tough these days and small business is hurting. Happy to support this restaurant and tip their wonderful staff for the great job they do.

First time Saturday the 9th. There food was really good but the waitress was horrible. It was not even busy I don't know if she forgot our food or what we waited 40 minutes. My fiance just wanted to get up and leave. when we got the pho it was not a hot bowl it was just warm. People after us order their food and they got their food within 15 to 20 minutes. She never checked up on us to see if we needed water never bought us our check we had to go up to her.

I have ordered here about 4 times. You're better off trying the other Vietnamese place in Kimberly, Pho Papa. They offer better customer service and consistent food quality. I always like to try places a couple times before giving a review. The food quality here is inconsistent. We've tried both take out and indoor dining. The iconic dish,beef Pho, was really good the first time and then the last three times we had it, the broth was kind of sour. The pork chop sometimes has small little bone pieces like it was not clean well. Their fish sauce is on the more concentrated salty side, which I am not a fan of. Spring rolls are really thick and pack full of noodles versus other ingredients. Peanut sauce is kind of on the acidic side. Eggrolls are on the small side. If you order Bahn Mi sandwich, you are better off getting it ordered in door dining or else the baguette gets soggy. In door customer service is kind of bad. They're not good at checking up on customers to make sure they got everything they need or to see if food was good. The mood of the waitress both times was kind of a downer or maybe she was annoyed with us.

Everything was sooo good. I got the bahn mi, caramelized pork, and bun thit nuong. All for takeout. I do like my bahn mi and caramelized pork less sweet but it was still good. I would definitely try again.

Food was good, no complaints about that. BUT let me tell ya our waitress was terrible! Only time we’ve ever seen her was when she brought us our food and asking if we’re ready for our check. Top of that it was just my mom and I and two groups of three in the restaurant at that time. Never got checked on to see if we wanted our waters refilled or how the food is. Not to be rude but I refused to tip her. Will not be coming back.

Pho was very good. Bartender likes to "accidentally" make strong drinks. ??

Without a doubt the best vietnamese food I've had. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I had the vietnamese shrimp and bahn mi sandwich and both were amazing.

Today we stopped by because I really wanted some pho. Food was good. I had the seafood pho and combo app and some other dishes. What really disappointed me was the service. I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I am a server myself. I know we are all struggling and I was looking forward to leaving a good tip because I know how hard it is right now as a business and as servers. We were never really checked up on and it was at the end of my meal when I was finally given my coke. I appreciate not being charged for it but I didn’t understand why it took so long. I get that sometimes someone can be having a bad day, especially as a server we have to hide that fact but still it was not necessary to be ignored majority of the time and be made feeling like I wasn’t welcomed. When I look at these reviews, it looks like not everyone experienced what I did but the majority of Hmong people have experienced what I did. I get that serving the Hmong/Asian community is difficult because the chances of getting a good tip is not often but it isn’t excusable to give horrible service. Many times, these groups of people don’t understand the tipping system and I know how hard it is to not receive a good tip or a tip at all. This was the first time I have ever had to leave a tip below 20% and it was a difficult choice for me to make.

The food is fine but the customer service has really gone down. I came in for a pickup order and they wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there for 15 minutes. It’s like I was invisible. I respect people who are busy but they should at least let people know that they’ll be with them in a few minutes. Not sure I’ll go back.

Enjoyed dining in here tonight. The service was wonderful and the Pho delicious.

Staff could be more attentive but i hope its just due to distancing. Pho and fried rice very delicious. Love the decor.

Not really sure the whole story but I was giving a job opportunity. Was supposed to start last weekend. Had to push things back a week due to a personal family situation and even said something to a manager. Stopped in tonight to see if it was still a go for tomorrow. Was told by the manager she was going to message me tomorrow to let me know a cook was coming back. Why hire somebody then back down? Why wait until the last minute? It’s unprofessional in my mind. Little disappointed.

The place is nice and clean. The food is really good. We ordered Banh mi, Banh xeo, and Pho, all of them were really good. I’d go back again.

Pho liquid is good. Meats were not thinly sliced though. I wish they would have a combo pho though. Eggrolls and sauce are delicious. I did not like their sweet pork belly; it didn’t taste good, wasn’t tender and didn’t have the pork skin as shown in the picture. I have never sent food back but this I had to send back. It was just not worth packing it to go. The owner said they had removed the pork skin because other customers didn’t like it. They should update their menu then. My honest opinion is I wouldn’t come back. I gave it three stars because their pho broth is good and the eggrolls with homemade sauce was delicious.

Idk what these lunatics are talking about in regards to the banh mi sandwich being inadequate in some way...it’s effing INCREDIBLE!! Truly a new staple any time we pass through Appleton. Mm!

We decided to stop for a girls night dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered the Pho and the Banh mi Sub. The banh mi sub was not as great as it looks. It was greasy and salty. The Pho broth tasted too plain and no flavor but I would have to the ice coffee was super good!

When eating pho, the soup base has to be on point otherwise no matter what else is in the bowl it will not taste good. The soup base here is “on point”! Super delicious. Will have to try the other dishes in the menu next time and write about it. Taro smoothie with bobba was way to sweet for my taste though.

Stopped here on whim tonight. SO happy we did! We had the spring rolls, beef pho and house specialty scallops. All were absolutely amazing and left nothing else to be desired. Also, the house made chili sauce is to die for! Everything on the menu is very reasonably priced and the portion sizes were more than adequate. Our server was very attentive, explained the menu well and gave great recommendations. Atmosphere and decor was very nice and the restaurant was spotless. Don't overlook this place! Truly a little gem in Appleton.

Honestly, the food was kind of bland and the takeout portion size was surprisingly small for the price we paid. Meal was just okay.

By far, the most authentic pho in Appleton. No question.

We tried out for the first time and our waitress never asked us how was our food or asked for refills. They were super dead that night we were in dining too. Homemade pho' are the best. Best making my own.

Ordered the banh mi a couple times to go and both times they put the veggies on the side so bread stays nice. It's the small things that let you know they care very much.

First time trying Vietnamese food. I know a lot of people who LOVE this place, so I figured id try it out. First time I got beef pho and I wasnt a fan. Nothing wrong with it, i personally didnt like the flavor. Today I tried the chicken pho and I liked it buck better. I also tried the sandwich (forgot the name...bon mi or something similar-i apologize) and that had amazing flavors, I just wish it was a little more filled. Overall, staff was very helpful and attentive! If you love Vietnamese food, you'll love this place.
